I am working under my OPT right now. My company is going to apply for my H1B in April. I have completed my masters from USA. I have the transcripts and character certificate of my bachelors from Nepal, but i dont have diploma ( provisional certificate) that the Jamal/Balkhu provides. Have any of you applied H1B without that document?

If I need that certificate, I dont think I can do it from here. And I dont want to go to Nepal in my OPT. I dont know whether I need to worry about getting it. Do you have any suggestion? Thanks in advance

You don't need to worry about it. You just need the most recent documents, which in your case will be transcript of the Masters degree that you got in the US.
