Yes bro there are many ways.

Start searching Jobs appropriate for her, some company may sponser her (Low Chance) or go to indian consultancy ; they can sponsor H1B visa on Next year Quota (High Chance).

hello suncity, this is not easy thing to do in current situation.  had there been enough H1b available, it would have been matter of just finding a job and getting H1b approved.  However, these days situation is lot complicated.  first of all she has to find a job with foreign degree  which is not easy thing to do.  suppose she finds a job, then the company should file H1b next year in april ( remember h1b for this year is already over) and willing to wait for her until october to start working.  genereally it is not easy thing to do.  why would a company wait for her for 6 months to start working when they can find a lot of people who can start working immediately.  I am not discouraging you, but it is not easy thing to do.  best bet would be, ask her to enroll in masters program and continue looking for job.  good luck.
