Hi, durbhagya bash store ma alcohol bechda card nahereko karan mailea ABC bata ticket khayea. Had to appear to court and pay a $50 at jail and $200 court fine. they made my criminal record too. They asked to come back to court after 6 months and I did that, they have said now the criminal record is removed. Ma Nepal gayera auda kei problem huncha port of entry ma? Anybody has faced same case???

oh sathi...... i am in similar situation but i did a lot of research and had consultation with lawyers...........what i found might upset you.............though your criminal record is removed it doesn't matter because a separate database is maintained by the immigration which is the same as FBI records........there is no way that this FBI record is removed so I hope you got the answer............i am on the same boat buddy................

Hi, Karnali so you are saying it is not safe to go back nepal and reenter in this situation? i mean SSN use garnea haru pani nepal bata reenter garda problem huncha bhanthea tara dherai jana sajilai chireko cha and i have heard that unless hami lai arrest warrent jari na bhako case ma hami chirna sakchau...koi pani ABC case ma phaseko haru ghar gayera auna paudaina ta...its a bullshit then bro. anyother have experience going home and reentering after ABC problem. Plz share your experience if any.Thank you.

One of my friend was back home for H1B stamping few months before, who had the same problem like selling alcohol to minor and was jailed for one night. Aba kura ke ayo bhane he got back here, but took him like 2 more months to get cleared under investigation, and get stamped. That process cost his job in this reccesssion.............but, your situation has clearly stated, ki u clean.

So it is all on your luck, but i've come accross the worst situation, so be careful for all of you who got caught in sellling to minors.

Mero cousin got caught, and was sent back to ghar after serving like 2 months in jail..........and that was his 2nd time, First time was cleared like yours. So don't hesitate to id..........at work....... Be care ful, and assume ki u not 100% clean............................................          Good Luck...................

thanks for your information nissan, so what do you say?? can i go nepal and re-enter ? I am so scared as your cousin was put into jail for 2 months..for selling second time. Its all bullshit rules and regulations here....kaam na gari ni bhayena ani card herda ni khali jhagada matra garchan....yo america ma paal paal ma risk cha !!!!! ani life ko kunai thegan ni chaina. afulai ghar gayera aunu cha....tara pheri risk cha.

hajur sajha ka lawayer athawa koi similar situtation bata gujrinu bha cha bhane kripaya suggest gardinus....koi churot athwa raksi ko kanda ma pare ra, pachi nepal gayera safalta purbak farkinu bha cha ki koi port of entry batai farkaienu bha cha...kripaya afno mahatto purna suggestion share gardinu hos....sajha ka lawayer ko bises help chaiyo....yo bare ma experience bhai sake ko manche ko help chaiyio...kripaya......aauna de na bhane ta sab mehenat, paisa, carrier sab chaupat huncha......
