Hello Sajha Friends,
My Desi consultancy is planning to file H1B next week. But, I am little worried about not having client letter. I talked to my client manager as well as Prime Vendor manager, but they are not agreed to provide me the letters needed. Currently, I have a letter from middle vendor and purchase order from Prime Vendor and Middle Vendor.
What are the chances of H1B approval with this situation? kind of tensed but your suggestion and sharing experiences would be higly appreciated.

when I filed my h1 few years ago, my client had no issue issuing me a client letter, but my vendor had some problem (They said you are not our direct employee so we cannot issue you), there was so many back and forth (emails), but finally they had to issue me a prime vendor letter,
My client is cool, they issued me client letter twice (without any objection), you have to talk to you HR department or your direct manager and let them know that if they don't issue a client letter you might get RFE. (it is good if you don't get RFE) however if you do get RFE , then they ultimately has to issue you client letter , that is my understanding
good luck, I know sometimes some people are tough, but there is always a way out :)

Hello Guys !!!
I am trying to get information on how to apply for H1B. I have a company who wants to file for me but do not know much about this. i heard the job postings are required. is it needed or are their any other ways to not have to post the job on local newspapers? Your brief information would be a great help. thanks.
