Quit smoking for sometime and then I got this habit of pouch tobacco. Not only its draining substantial amount from my monthly savings coz it costs $10.00 per item but now I think I might get gum disease too. Any idea how to get rid of this forever?
Ps: Smoking is not an alternative .

I had a jhaapli friend he used to use it even in sleep. One day he did not show up in college for the first period class ( morning classes) . First of all, make a strong decision that you will quit. Go to Rite Aid or any pharmacy, ask for Nicorette 4mg. It will cost you around 50 bucks. Trust me, this is the best investment that you will make in your life. Read instructions very carefully and follow it strictly. After one month of use, Boooom.. You will get rid of the nasty tobacco. Little about me: i smoked cig. For 8 years, tried to quit million times but after few weeks i couldn't resist. Finally decided to try nicorette, now i am tobacco free from Jan 2015. Still i feel like smoking, but the urge is weak and can ignore that easily. I'm proud to be tobacco free finally.

I don't want to vape coz i fear I might start smoking again. One of my fren started patch but after few months he is again back with cigarettes so I don't wanna try patch . Looks like sugarless gum is a good choice. I am thinking to give it a try. Yo [Disallowed String for - use not allowed] programmer ko job pani jhoor nai raicha. Google disadvantage , bad effect , negative side of using tobacco everyday for 1 hour everyday that should help you quit cold turkey and advantage of not using tobacco . that's how I quit it anyways and haven't used tobacco for more than 1 year .

My dad used to chew. Then he moved to smoking. But he managed to quit it all about 5 years ago. You need a strong willpower to give everything up. It's not going to be easy, but it's not impossible either.

Try Cold Turkey method. I quit about 20 days ago. You need to have something that triggers for you to quit. My friend was diagnosed for Leukemia and it provides me a reason to quit. Obviously, he didn't got Leukemia because of smoking, but who knows what happens to you. So keep clean. You can do it. Just watch youtube videos of people getting mouth and other cancers due to tobacco or smoking. It might drag you towards right direction. Just do it.
