INLS has been discovering that by forming an INLS Literary group and providing each other with honest feedback and support, they have been enabling themselves to grow and improve in their literary power. Especially for the new writers, a good Literary group can help immensely. INLS believe, within a focus group discussion, writers may develop new ideas. The intent of focus groups is usually to enhance writers knowledge about the needs of their writings. INLS believe, focus groups are fundamentally a way of listening to writers and learning from them. INLS Literary focus groups create line of communication. This is most obvious within the group itself, where there is continual communication between the writers and the people. INLS Literary Focus groups will allow the writers to interact directly with people. INLS Literary focus groups are very flexible. They can be used to examine a wide range of topics with a variety of individuals and in a variety of settings. This is a group for anyone who'd like to read some interesting poems, stories, novels, and have a good time later discussing them with others. Meetings will be announced in INLS's regular e-mail event announcements. For our first meetings, we may focus on poetry.This will make it possible for us to focus on literature from a number of different countries at once. It will also make it easier for everyone to get around to reading the selected material. Later, we may focus on stories or other longer works. We hope to set a schedule, so members will know well ahead of time what we are planning for the months ahead. INLS is honored to start its focus group in Scotland and in Pakistan.
