Personal homes in the west are built cheaply using lumber, bricks, dry walls, aluminum/wooden doors and windows. yet they are durable, keeps relatively cool in summer and warm in winter.
I was just wondering if there's any company in Nepal which builds houses like that!

i am not the expert but i feel like they build those type of houses so that they can bring down easily, they think of start to finish
everything is being optimized, to take maximum benefits including bringing down the labor cost which is very high in usa,

but that is not feasible in nepal as of poor infrastructure, safety and durabilty, like houses in usa if caught fire can be brought down by 10 mins , and we dont need the heating system as of here as nepal is warmer country, most probably the best weather country in terms of weather.
