Bro, badel ko masu ta thaha bhayena tara try this site for Yak ko masu.  They ship it out to you...Had a small gathering the other day and tried it for the first time.  Man, the yak-meat here tasted like bison (much leaner though).  Maybe it was because of what these yaks were fed here (corn, grass, etc) since back home, these animals eat mainly roots and moss found in the Himalayas...My consensus, Nepali yaks tastes much better:
