you know if have bank account in Nepal (credit/debit card) may be you can try ikobo.com
i am not really sure hai and you need you need recipient's account number address everything you know

I have used telnepal.com few times.
it's cheap and worked fine.

oh.... but that was from US to Nepal, they do have serivce to transfer from Nepal to US but I haven't tried it.
