Dipendra is also said to have ordered his ADC to bring cigarette, which his runner Ram Krishna confirmed that a "special kind of Sikhar cigarette filled with marijuana and another unnamed black substance" was sent to Dipendra through Prince Paras. Ram Krishna also told the commission that Dipendra had been using the two substances for the past one year.
The report further said Crown Prince Dipendra also talked with Devyani Rana several times and that Devyani Rana had called his ADCs to check on him because he did not sound well.
At 8.39 p.m. he again talked with Devyani Rana and told her "Now I am about to sleep, wefll talk tomorrow. Goodnight."
Soon after that Dipendra dressed up in combat fatigue carrying weapons, which included two rifles, a 12-bore gun, a MP-5 sub-machine gun and pistols.

It seems Debyani tried to help Dipendra, but, the situation
was worsened by Prince Paras (very soon Crown Prince of Nepal)
who passed the smacks+other lagu padartha. The ADC and Paras
are the most irresponsible person among alive peoples. They
should be punished for carrying or helping or passing the
Lagu-Padarth. They deserve death penalty, as if they were
ever caught while passing through Singapore (more than 15g =
death penalty). Meanwhile, the report summary that came in
Kantipuronline.com did not mention whether Divyani's request
to ADC was authentic or not, I mean confirmed or she just
tried to be on safe side. Hopfully, she did not lie.
