Everybody has heard about the Royal Massacre. We have read about it, we have seen pictures about it and we have heard countless rumours about it.
Out of all this massive information flow few intriguing points have surfaced. These points, as the people who read Reader's Digest have noticed, are the "Points to Ponder".
First and foremost in the list is the public justification given by Rajiv Shahi or whoever he is:
1. Mr. Shahi claims that Dipendra first came into the room and fired a few shots and then went out and came back again. Why the hell did he go out? To have a few puffs of smoke? Or did he take a coffee break?
2. Then he came back again. Was he thinking of round two as in Boxing?
3. Then he went out again. According to the maps shown by Mr. Shahi Dipendra went up till the Ikshumati River(Tukucha) inside the Palace. Did he go there to have fresh air? He definitely did not go to have Balawan chaap Khaini as one can see from his lips.
4. Then he came back again. Was it the foul smell coming from Tukucha that sent him back or was he still thinking about round three of his boxing match?
5. Mr. Shahi says Dipendra tried to kill them while Paras tried to save them. Doesnt the reverse of this seem rather familier?
Then the others:
1.Zee News of India repeatedly says that the name of the new king of Nepal is Gyanendra Singh while all the newspapers and the official media in Nepal say he is Gynendra Shah. Who is the new King anyway?
2. Mr.Madhav Kumar Nepal did not join the Investivation Commission because he says it was not legal and according to the constitution as it did not state that it was in accordance with the Prime Minister, Girija. He is already trying his best to get rid of the PM guy, so why the hell does he care about his accordance? And was his instigation of the people during the recent strike to break all the railings in PutaliSadak according to the constitution? Was his rallying in front of Singha Durbar during office time legal?
3. People say Paras did not have a gun or weapon at that time. Is some wise guy trying to crack a lousy joke here?
4. People are saying that RAW was involved in the killings. Which RAW was it? Was it the RAW(Research and Analysis wing of India) or was it the RAW(Rotten Alcohol and Wine)?
5. Girija is keeping his mouth shut throughout the incident. When is Girija going to realize that he is unpopular, unwanted and uneducated enough to understand what has happened?
6. We have heard that Dipendra was getting married to one Supriya Shah and then one Pashupati Samsher's eldest daughter and one Indian Princess. By the way who is this Divyani Rana?
7.When the reporters of Kantipur Daily were caught by the Police on charges of Royal treason, Kantipur Daily stated that it was laughable. What is so laughable about people being taken to prison probably for life?
