The commission for Educational Exchange between the United States and Nepal (also known as Fulbright Commission and USEF/N) announces its new project
CVs for Nepal: Your Jobs ConneXion

that has a simple goal: to link potential employers in Nepal (those offering full-time, permanent jobs, as well as temporary employment and internships) with Nepalis who have studied in the United States or are still studying and/or working there. By tapping the vast reach of the Internet, Jobs ConneXion can supplement the family and friends-based “source-force” approach that Nepalis have traditionally used to find jobs.
By the end of June 2001, the USEF Nepal will add Job ConneXion Database to its website. Interested US- educated Nepalis will be able to post their CVs to this website, entering both basic bio-data as well as description of their educational and professional experience. The database will be accessible to employers in Nepal who might be searching for qualified personnel.
Therefore, if you are an American educated Nepali who is interested in exploring the employment opportunities in Nepal, either for a permanent or a temporary position, or an internship, please feel free to check our website www.fulbrightnepal.org.np and post your CV.
