A clean , nice, furnished and very convenient 1 bed room apartment with 2 seperate private rooms will be availablefor sharing for a single person starting JUNE 01,2003 in sunnyside, NYC area (queens borough).
The goods:
a) convinience : less than 5 mins walk to subway, supermarkets (24 hour), gym ; 10 mins to manhattan
b) nice: quiet and peaceful. you get your own room.and since there are 2 rooms, only 2 people will live in the apartment. The room is semi furnished.
c) clean: the apartment is in almost new condition.
The bad:
It's not cheap
the rent of the apartment is $1,100. so, it will be $550/ each + utilities. expect to spend another $ 100 for utilies.
