Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) that has summoned Koirala and other politicians and officilas is one step ahead to eliminate corruption in Nepal though timimng of the targets seems politically motivated. If we want clean Nepal then the king should come out clean first. In this case we should listen to even the tugs. Royal property be made public: Koirala KOL Report |

I am laughing at Koirala now. Our political Netas don't walk on principles, which is quite unfortunate. These are the netas who really want to follow the Nepali Constitution, and crying foul to Gyanendra's sacking of Deuba Govt. But now these are the same netas which are forgetting what the Nepali Constitution forbid to splash slush at the King of Nepal. Everybody knows, the property of Birendra and Dhirendra automatically transferred to Gyanendra. Nobody knew the magnitude of those properties before, and thus nobody knows what property Gyanendra is holding. So they think that Gyanendra's action of Oct 4 was unconstitutional... but netas' call for transparency and name calling to King is also unconstitutional. That's why these netas have to work really hard to change the consitution first before they can splash slush to King. However, to do that, they should stop begging for revival of the parliament. Consistency is what is needed from them. Or, they should ask for revival of the house, but stop calling names to King. |

Isn't that funny? Koirala claims only two items under his property holding. The 2 ropanis land that has only Rs 25,000 value, while his Toyota Land Cruiser Station Wagon is Rs 1,500,000. This is an example of inconsistency. |

Sadabicharji, Your argument is valid as the King is God in Nepal. Now the question is should we, the common praja, ask transparency from the God King also? And your last post is unreadable, please advise which font is required to read it. Thanks. |

Now what can we say about this old man- Koirala... He flatly says he doesn't understand the legal procedure. Do these netas know what they are supposed to say in public in order to project themselves to be able to lead the people? http://www.nepalnews.com.np/contents/nepalidaily/kantipur/2003/may/may18/index.htm#2 k|ltufdLx¿sf] lgof]lht if8\oGq M sf]O/fnfsflGtk'/ ;+jfbbftf ............. ......... ;DklQ cfof]un] tkfO{+sf] ;DklQsf] ;|f]tdf s}lkmot b]vfpg ;Sg] 7fp s] x'g;S5 eGg] k|Zgdf sf]O/fnfn] &d sfg'gL s'/f hflGbgÚ eGb} clxn]sf] k|s/0fnfO{ rl/qxTof ug]{ if8\oGqdfq atfpg'eof] . o;af6 kf6L{x¿sf] cfGbf]ng k|efljt gx'g] b[9tf JoQm ub}{ pxfn] &hgcfGbf]ngnfO{ lzlyn agfpg] p2]ZoÚ eP klg o;af6 ;/sf/ cfkm}+ pbflËg] / cfGbf]ngn] ult lng] bfaL ug{'eof] . ;DklQ cfof]unfO{ cfkm"n] a'emfPsf] ljj/0fdf df]/ªdf klxNo}b]lv /x]sf hUuf / ;'ljwfdf vl/b u/]sf] sl/a !% nfv ?k}of d"Nosf] 6f]o6f NofG8qm'h/ /x]sf] pxfn] v'nfpg'eof] . &Tof] d]/f] lghL ;|f]taf6 lslgPsf] xf],Ú pxfn] eGg'eof] . ....... .......
