I think Student Visa (F1) is a good idea . Have your spouse accepted in a school in US (Pilot training/community school where admission is very easy) . Once spouse is in US, you can file petition for GC. The only catch is spouse must be in school fulltime for the next five years to maintain legal status in US and you keep on paying non-resident tuition all those years. Finance Visa (K1) is for fiance of US citizens only!

i don't think it takes five years to get your green card. I also don't know if you have to go to school full time. Just get married in a court here after she arrives I think that should do it. But i could be wrong.

sure you can apply for F1/J1 as long as you have the I-20/IAP-66 from the Un iversity/College and affadavit of support. [ being Married or single arbitarily not suppose to impact on this]

to realist:
depending on where you are in states and what is the VISA number available and how you file it. It may take less than couple of months to 15 years to get green card.
