Her spouse lives in USA and she wanna try F1/J1 as a married.Thats whats i understood.How could be possible if embassy asked her about spouse.Normally i heard you have to tell them unmarried just because her/his spouse has a Green card or you can tell them i am married but with so and so going to do independently myself.
