Is this statement true

Is she a German citizen???? or is this slander???

One NC Minister, got his brother in law- from Assam, India- a Nepali Citizenship. The brother in law was well versed in Nepali and had never lived in Nepal more than a year. Now, he is in the United States.
This happens only in Nepal...!!!!

I know a politicain who gave his daughter tow hundred thousand dollars as a wedding gift....where did he get that money from?....he does not seem to have a good paying job....
