Wait time for the spouse of a permanent resident is about 5 years or so (you can find out exact time). If Kiran is qualified to apply for citizenship (5 year as permanent resident), the process could be done in less than a year. However, the fasterst and easiest way to get his wife here is to get admitted in a college here. Deadline for application is passed in the regular colleges. But she can still apply for admission into community colleges.
