It would be unfortunate if we moved on without learning anything after an incident like the one this weekend with Sitara and Bhedo. In review of the whole episode, I do agree that it was very harsh and inappropriate of Bhedo to use such strong language towards Sitara ie. sentence using the word wazoo. Such kind of language will not be tolerated no matter what the context is.
The major problem that led to the incident was that it is impossible to monitor every posting that gets posted.
In order to make the sajha experience better for everyone, I have now included a link on each posting that says "NOTIFY ADMIN". What this essentially means is that every one of you who are registered users can click on that link to send an instant notification to admin to request that the particular posting be reviewed for inappropriate content.
As with any resources, please use discretion in using this.
Finally, I would like to invite our friends and well wishers back to sajha who have sort of taken a leave of absence after the incident. The sajha that has learned from this incidence will definitely be a better place.

Excellent. The recently added feature should help bring back those who left. Also, please take note of one thing:
Not that I am being critical of anything or anyone, will it be possible to request the members to not to use this board as a substiture for email, and remove personal or tato-bhutlo messages?
just my thought.

San,
I appreciate your effort to clean up Sajha. I have been using this disguise to post some of the nonsense and childish threads. I couldn't blame anyone but myself for my childish behavior. I want to apologize to all if I have hurt their feelings. Today I am killing this disguise and promise to continue posting my comments, thoughts and beliefs without hurting anyones feeling.

Good job San ji. I encourage everyone to help San ji to make Sajha a better place for all of us. He has done an excellent job in building a platform where Nepali communities around the globe come together and share ideas/views or just socialize.

This is very important step, thanks Sanji for taking this extra load. I hope this will bring dignity, integrity and discipline in Sajha. And, don't forget the entertainment.
But, I appeal to all fellow Sajhaites to respect the free speech and also think before you post so that nobody has to take as extreme actions as NOTIFY ADMIN for your postings, SITA-RAM, SITA-RAM!!!

I apologize to the admin if by mistake, you got an email notifying something wrong about your own posting. i did not mean to, but had to test to see what would happen when i clicked on the link, whether a box would pop up or some fire crackers go booom barang rang or something like that.. but dismaly nothing of that exciting nature happend. it plainely stated an email has been sent. after i realized what i have done, i have no cihopice but to apologize for my mischief. you know this inquisitive human nature..i hope you understand, and also think it will give you something to ponder about, you know, in a good way, of how the notify thing should be.
