Hello Friends, My father was selected on the DV-2004 lottery. He has completed the DS-230 and DSP-122 forms. Can we send the completed forms by registered mail or express mail to Kentucky Consular Center or do we have to send these only by regular mail? I know that when we submitted the DV2004 form back in October, we had to send by regular mail. Or can we have these hand-delivered to our friend who is already in the US and have him send these by priority mail with a tracking number? Please suggest. I am sure someone might have already done this. Thank you. Raju

Hi raju, I think I can help you with that. You can send those documents to KCC in a regular mail or express mail. I heard there is a express mail service in Kathmandu Post Office . The total cost for this express mail service is NRS 1000. I know this because my dad hit the lottery last year and they are already here in the US. Fortunately, my brother -in -law won dv-04.Moreover, you need to include your photographs with other pertinent documents. I hope this info helps you. Yogi
