Saddy, how about sleeping?
I can guess 12 - 18 years of sleeping in your life for a life of 50-75years.
All these statistics are not wrong. You can calculate very easily. For example everybody sleeps at least 6 hours a day that is 25% of your life, now you go figure....
12 years of watching TV is definitely seems long. Because, you may think nobody watches TV 25% of their 50 yers life but may be 12% of their 100 years of life, for example.
But if you think you watch 2/3 hours TV every day on average and bit more during weekends, and lot more during Sports season, and add Movies in there too, and if you put your average life to be 72 years, then watching TV for 12 years is not out of wack (About 15% of life, 3.5 hours a day)

Logical Sense makes sense...
But I am talking about an average nepali.
The statistic is about people whose average age is around 75- 80 years.
And u know about Statistics-
There are 3 kinds of lie in this world- Lie ... Damn Lie... && .. Statistical Lie....
Another thing about staistics-
Statistics is like a mini skirt, which reveals what is interesting but conceals what is vital.....

Huna ta Saddy le bhantya jasto 75-80 years ko average ta haina divide that by 3-4 times aani thikka hunchha...btw shaddy, Nepali ko average email 27 million re..yo ta aati bhayena...what percent of people in Nepal use email less than 2% or 5%, shouldn't the average come down???
let me analyse these for myself la....

One spends 3 and half year on eating somewhat disagree, I eat relatively fast but not a big deal
12 years watching TV NO way, I hate TV ...It might come to be 1/3 or 1/4 of that
2.5 years on telephone agree but needs to be more, I use excessively, a phone maniac , I should say
2 weeks kissing dunno...hal samma 3-4 days teso bhaye..NO bha chaina..so don't agree
2580 times sex sorry, thats not the case...

And out of that 150 will be called one friends I currently have atleast 300 friends or so, may be more, i have total of 280 people who are in my 2 msn ids, apart from that so many..
