Are we as Nepalese people likely to get hit by anything as devastating or anything as major as the massacre of the royal family? Probably not.

Now that it's been almost a month since the adrenaline's been rushing faster than normal, a discussion void seems to have been created here in the site. Now that people are beginning to move on, it's nice to see that the void is getting filled by increasing number of posters as we continue each day trying to figure out ourselves, others and the universe.

Here's wishing everyone peace, love n harmony.
May Lord Buddha share inner peace with everyone.

Yes San. Must be because the adrenaline's been rushing faster than normal that everyone on this site seems so uptight lately. Most strings here seem to have turned into a vebal gang fight. It's bad enough that everyone in Nepal is fighting like kukur-biralo. Shameful to see the same thing happening here.

Let there be peace, indeed !!

The site is more like Judge Judy"s court than GBNC.
We have been that way from way back before the Shah Dynasty united us. Old habbits never die. All this he said, she said is crap. "People can we get along???" sigh!!!@#!!sigh!!!
Namita Posted on 27-Jun-01 03:49 PM

oh, come on people! try to take things lightly sometimes. We don't have to "get along" all the time. It is good to let things out sometimes as long as you don't start shooting. "be a good boy, be a little good girls, don't aruge, and blah." sometimes i am really sick of so called good behaviour. I for one, am enjoying it and I do not intend to apologize. Tough! It is entertainment. I guess that is why you watch that Judy thing, I guess.

"Good boy & good girl" bit 'o kinky I'd say. So all you kinko's get your frustraton out in this site. Let it, flow let it flow, let it flow, YEAH!!! get them juices flowing. Wile we're at it lets start a rumble.
Puzzled Posted on 27-Jun-01 04:30 PM

Namita - you are contradicting yourself. When things get hot, you tell Ashu to stay quiet, that silence is golden, and then here you are, telling others to take things lightly, that we don't have to get along all the time. Hello?????

A SAYING...
"TAKE MY ADVISE; I DON'T USE IT!"
sally and shiva Posted on 27-Jun-01 05:01 PM

What a great headline San put on this thread! "Post Massacre Syndrome."

Yes, in these post-massacre times, let's all massacre the posters.

Whatever.

Given the general tone at the moment, I'm hoping that the following poem will be appreciated. It was written by a Nepali 5-year-old. OK, not written, cuz he can't write. But then, neither can some other people on this site, right? :-)

Anyway, maybe it will start a grand literary discussion. Or, on the other hand, it might just be appropriate to let a small child have the last word ...

A POEM ABOUT THE NATURE OF HUMANITY OR MAYBE JUST ABOUT GBNC (NOT REALLY BUT WE CAN PRETEND IT IS)

I say "up,"
You say "down,"
That's how it goes
in this life cycle town.

FYI sometimes, it is best to not say anything. It is another thing to enjoy occasional spat and go out of the norm. It is yet another thing to try to prove yourself again and again. There is no contradiction here. Try to see things in parallel, not always in a linear fashion.

As I said "lets git it on!!!!"
Bring on the contradiction
With a lotta fascination
But no violation

Are you ready to ruummmmbbble ???????
