thapa thap jyuu why do the girls pierce belly button ?? The question is like" why do the guys and gals put tatto on their body? probably, its the fashion... or by piercing, one might feel cool and funky..or something like that kyaaa? launa..aba keta haru le kina kapal palchann , ani kina kaan ma ring laguachan bhanne kura ko answer ta khasai cha jasto lagdaina.. but in my opinion i think, everyone wants change and its just the way they r trying to adapt with the environment and so on holaaaaaaa.... no objection hai! aba kashailai ichha cha bhane, rokna pani milena....wherever they pierce ni haina.. samana

yadav ji, mero bicharma hain ring on tongue and lips were more for sexual gratification of your partners (o:. use your imagination. works both on hetro[by experience] and homo[by various accounts]. samana jyu, i am not trying to dictate anything. everybody is free to do as they please. i was just trying to comprehend the usage. now if it is mere fashion then there is no logic and i would have to take it as granted (o:, as you may already know in fashion: shorter clothes = higher prices. [ logically shorter clothers = less material = less costs of production = less price ]. its reverse..

yadav ji, I think it goes something like this: The tongue ring is used to make that delightfully sexy clicking sound by rolling the tongue vigorously between the teeth. The effect is greatly augmented if she also wears braces. When all else fails, this just might persuade that guy to be your date at the prom. Remember that picture u would've loved to put in the family album had it not been for those annoying red-eyes? Well, next time, make sure u have a lip-ring on. Apparently the metallic ring absorbs all the excess light from the flash, practically eliminating any possibility of another monstrous red-eye! As for the belly-button ring, your guess is as good as mine.

Can anyone be led by the belly ring? Is it easier to bell the cat, now the ring is in place? Hearsay: Belly rings give balance to those given to toppling over... a re-alignment of the center of gravity! Yep, eyes gravitate toward the center! :P Note: if your button is not placed in the middle, the belly may tend to jiggle more toward off-center. If your button is an out-y the belly ring might resemble a nose ring! If your button is an in-ny the ring might oxidize with bellycheese, giving off a distinct odor and causing gangrene in extreme cases! If your belly needs flashing wear midriff showing T shirts. If your belly needs attention, do stomach crunches. If your belly needs alighnment, do the ring thing with a self correcting hydraulic device. If your belly needs simple, sexy adornment, wear a beautiful chiffon saree (below the navel) and seductively cover the belly with the wispy material....! That is an automatic, self built in gravitational device. If your belly needs sexier intervention, try dancing in the rain with the chiffon saree! A SURE HIT! No allergic reactions there maybe a common cold! :P IN CONCLUSION: BEATS ME! On a serious note: Psychology suggests that it's a merging of excruciating pain with pleasure, where the lines are crossed into *rough* sexuality... especially in homosexual communities where piercing the nipples is a sensorial turn on.... RE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thapap jyu, No offence but this thread has been unfair to the thread started by Jules on the same topic. Comeon, Noone ever talked about belly-button ring ever before. Suddenly someone comes up with an idea. Her thread starts to roll and before it disappeared from the front page, someone else comes up with different thread on the same topic. Is there anything like topics plagiarism?? ISO FREAK help!! Come on guys, give JULES a due respect for coming up with one of the happening topics. Thapap, again! No offence, blame it on the morality classes on psychology I took last semester! ;) ********************************************** >>People with navel-ring should be shot!! Thapap, my dea,r here is my view. Some credit goes to some magazine/books/newspaper that I read somewhere . Belly always had been a focal point on women. Belly is where a human kind is born and yes so is the animal kind too. Belly is extremely sexual. Have any of you gone to see belly dance? Is there any such thing as leg dance or boob dance? (see?) Flat belly signifies untouched belly i.e. woman(I mean no stretch mark, no post-child hanging belly and so on). If you are flaunting your flat belly with a flurring flag (ring) perhaps some virile hunk of a chunk of a man will come and sweep you off your feet! Of course, women who pierce their belly button may not be aware of it, but ask any anthropologist. And oh yes, one think I read somewhere that showing legs and therefore considering legs as a sexual organ was an anomaly. Some 60s marijuana induced delusion that has no basis for whatsoever! Belly has been it. Belly will alwyas be. Belly (flat) rules! :)

Thanks fiesta. Yes, I agree with you. Not everything can be explained with evolution biology. There are other things (however counterintuitive) that drive us to do some insane things. Hot Tamalia with pierced belly! I am imagining. :)) Tatooed scalp with pierced tongue? yikes!

There are more than navel rings. Click this website you will be amazed. Who did What?? http://www.tonguerings.net/history.htm THE HISTORY OF NAVEL PIERCING Navel piercing is a modern invention and has never been recorded in primitive cultures; however the navel has long been recognised as an erogenous zone, because of the difference between men's and women's stomachs. Women's stomachs differ from men's in that they are more rounded in the lower part, are longer than men's, have a greater distance between the navel and genitals, and are more deeply recessed than men's; these features are often exaggerated by artists to make women appear more feminine in paintings. The invention of the Bikini in 1953 caused a big stir because the navel was seen as being sexually provocative because of it's similarity to the female genitals. The Bikini revolutionised women's lives, along with the liberation of their clothes their lives in general became more liberated. The process was completed when Madonna started the craze for showing of the midriff in the 1980's. The ability to flaunt their sexuality in public gave women more power and confidence in themselves. "It is easy to pinpoint the moment when body piercing went mainstream. Christy Turlinton came out at a London Fashion show, and in the middle of her navel was a ring! The next day Naomi Campbell showed the world that anything Christy could do, so could she. A gold ring with a small pearl pierced her navel. And then at Isaac Mizrahi's show the two came out together, navels bared and beringed: body piercing as a Supermodel totem" Suzy Menkes The New York Times September 1994 "I have the most perfect belly button - an inny. When I stick my finger in my belly button, I feel a nerve in the centre of my body shoot up my spine" Madonna Time Magazine 1985 "I like it, I think it's fun!" Naomi Campbell. "I always thought it was a pretty feminine thing to do - and you can always take it out" Christy Turlington. Shortly after Naomi and Christy had their navels pierced no one was surprised when Madonna, Cher and Janet Jackson were seen wearing navel rings. Now anybody can joins the ranks of Celebrities and Supermodels by having their navel pierced.

Mamu Dearest and Comfu, don't get me wrong. I have been doing nothing but navel-ring spotting since this thread started. Believe me, in this land of fat-bottom girls (Freddie Mercury) it's unheard of. Not a single belly exposed, spare for construction workers with mammoth beerbellies. With this, I conclude that navel-ring is far right conspiracy. (Take me to your leader types) On a positive note, I am sponsoring sojhi boini turned gothic chick to have her belly peirced. Letcherous old git arn't I? Sushhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh :o)
