I saw your ad on gbnc website, and we have a room available for August. It is $300/ month + utilities. We require a deposit of $300 since the roommate who is moving is asking for it. I'm looking for a room in Boston sometime after mid August. Moving in from Chicago to to go to school which start first week sept. the school is in Fenway/Back Bay Area. don't know much about Boston and its neghborhood but i would prefer to live within 30mins train ride from Fenway area. let me know in this thread and maybe i can contact you guys
