If you are looking for a piece of land (1 ropani plus) outside of satdobato-ringroad you may want to contact me, and i will relay your message. You can view the panaroma of Himalays from that property, exactly the same scenary as you see from Dhulikhel resort. If you make a home in that piece of land, any Westerner would be happy to pay not less than $1,000/mo for that home....If I were you, I would go to that direction instead of Budhanilkantha..... |

Jindagi ma kahile D kam gariyena, ra aba bhabisse ma garnu pani naparos...arka ko pashina ma rajai garne mero morality le dindaina...But my proposal above is a free service, no commission from both buyers and sellers...just trying to help a fren who was just thinking of selling a piece of land for his need...thats all Heard that Land Price in Kathmandu valley has sky rocketed after Maobadi.
