Ohaaa!! Here it comes -- Terminator, back in business! Movie that starts with nuclear explosion and ends with ... well I shouldn't tell the ending, should I? 2 hours of constant explosion, action, destruction, Arnold's hilarious one liner's -- I'd say T3 is a perfect action-packed summer blockbuster. I enjoyed it, a perfect summer refresher, a pure time pass. I didn't expect it to be as good as T2 (which was made by James Cameroon, one of the best directors in Hollywood). I was right. Like Jurrassic Park III, T3 has nothing new in it, but yet it's fun. If you ask me "where is the story?", hey, go watch "Hulk" hehe! (Looks like finally Arnold is getting a hit he is waiting for since True Lies!) Has anyone watched it yet?

Noone has seen T3 yet? ahh... don't tell me I am the only one! hehe... I'd say it again, T3 is full of action from the first frame to the end! (I wish Arnold pays me for this hehe).... Charlies Angels SUCKS except for bikini clad Cameroon Diaz and Demi Moore... Action in this movie sucks...... probably the use of digital camera (check out the mo-bike racing scene). Pirates of the Carribean -- ahh!! Time pass, once again -- the girl in that movie is sooooooo beautiful! hmmmm... eh... Curious! (also watched last year ko one of the popular movies -- In The Bedroom (don't go by it's name which sounds more like porn movie). Kasto ramro movie.... should I tell the story? hehe...

Oh yeah, about Pirate of Carribean, Johnny Depp is one of the reasons to watch it. Whatta performance. I didn't really know Depp acts so good. He is hilarious through out the movie, and the way he molds himself to the character is simply fabulous. just a thought hehe... (hope Depp will also send me a check ;))

T3 , indeed is a good movie , i enjoyed it a lot. well, not to the degree that i would have , 'cuz i had to keep explaining what was in T2 and T1 to the person sitting next to me. On her insistence right before T3 we had watched Charlies Angel, whcih was not a bad time-pass but definitly sounded more like a Kallywodd production than hollywood, storywise. No wonder I heard it did not do well at the BO as was expected. I guess they were hoping a big bang and the shattering of entire box office. But T3 remains the best, superb.More importantly I liked the very first scene when she is walking to the car and says' I like your car". Oh ..please .Dont give me that crap. I can bet , everyone wished that particualr scene was a bit longer .Hoina? ..hehe I want to go watch it again, just by myself this time..

I found T3 bit too short, perhaps because there was virtually no plot to work on. And since the movie was so hyped up - Arnold being paid astronomical $30 mil plus significant percentage of gross revenue, movie costing over $150 mil to make, chase scene with crane alone costing more than $40 mil, darker subtext than T2, yadda yadda yadda - I guess I was expecting way too much. Having said that, just like Jurassic Park 3, I thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it. I liked the new Terminatrix, ice bitch with permanent pms in literally killer body. I kept wondering how she would be in bed, that is if she is making love instead of terminating her lover. I liked Arnold's character, that dude is still as fit as when he first played T1, his new get-up, his one-liner humor. I am glad they did not try to make him sentimental like in T2. John Connor definitely was less irritating, I bet that kid from T2 was a fag. Did not see much value of adding Claire Dane's character, unless they have something substantial in store for her in T4. But what I learned is that Toyota Tundra truck is virtually indestructible. It gets crashed, shot at, and abused every way possible, but trusty Japanese technology runs like miracle. Toyoda-san must've cughed up mucho dinero for the advertisement. The fact is that T4 has to be made because T3 leaves you hanging. If you do not agree, talk to the hand.

Helpdesk, Suraj Ranjeetkar? I had one bachcha ma lost friend by that name. His house was near Lincoln School, something like that! Is he the one? I think he went to Arnico school or something. That name just rang a bell. Pradeep pokharel also rings a bell.. but you see, I have hardly functioning brain and it is worst in memorizin' names ;) hey hey hey hey, Talk to the hand hehe... I'm sure they will have T4. T3 has all the symptoms... but the question is when. Will Arnold look the same when he is 75? hehe... TALK TO THE HAND!!

Yeah T4 has to be the next one. Coz the "Judgement Day" has just began. It was a good come by Arnold. well did anyone get a chance to watch "28 Days Later". Its a British movie. Worthwatching, a bit sick though. If you havent, youll miss something in film industry. Cane compare with T3 or anyother movies - its totally different. Give it a try. Im serious.

Alright, I'm gonna go watch T3 this weekend. I thought I'd go see a more serious movie this time around, but who was I kidding? That Terminatrix chick better be hotter than Phoenix in July! JD

In a nutshell, T3 cannot be labelled bad neither excellent. May be 3 to 4 out of 5. Far better than T1 but a little inferior to T2. Visual effects are at their level best. One of the main reason for my low rating is, as Boke put it, there is not much plot to work on. The judgement day is postponed (it is not a giveaway) and the rest is T2. Direction (including camera angels, frames transition and editing) doesn't have any flaw. TX, the vamp, is lovable villain. Arnold looks good in action and comedy lines, thus enforcing his possibility for California Governer candidacy. The story is the weakest part, there is no different story. But the script is best that could fit for the story. The narration in the beginning and the end part gives the necessary human touch to the movie. Like Matrix Reloaded, this one might also be a setup for the next sequel. The script, direction and rest gets A+. The story? a mere C.

Right this moment, I am totally confused about T2 and T3. Reason: I watched T2 again on TV right after I watched T3. Despite the 5 minutes commercial break every 10 minutes of the movie, I still enjoyed T2. So everytime I try to remember T3, my memory gets mingled with T2. I think this is about time I watched it again. hehe... One thing I'll never understand though: why the hell do we brag about movies not having any storyline. Why the hell do we need storyline in the movie, especially in summer blockbuster action movie? If I want storyline, I'd rather wait for Oscar season. I think storyline is just unnecessary. If the storyline is so important, then how come some of the movies basd on the bestseller, popular fictions fall flat to impress the audience as well as critics? I think the most important is the screenplay of the movie. It's there, every second of the movie, each and every scene of the movie. Even the best movies usually don't have storyline, or are simply based upon thin storyline. Forrest Gump: whats the story of that movie? Some slow-witted dude becomes football player in school, goes to Vietnam, succeeds in shrimp business, ah and what not. Storyline is not Important!!! There was something about T2 that T3 didn't have, but T3 never lost it's grip -- the grip was it never gave an oppertunity to think if the movie was good or bad. At the end when you came out of the theater, you just couldn't say you didn't like the movie. That's how I felt. I wasn't really excited about T3 since James Cameroon didn't direct it. But it turned out to be exactly the kind of the movie I wanted for the summer. It was fun watching old style chase sequence and destruction (crane sequence) rather than heavily CGI effect based sequence. Just that sequence cost them $40 million...... PHEW! Plus 30 million for Arnold.. I need to watch it again... hehe...

"Why the hell do we need storyline in the movie, especially in summer blockbuster action movie" Dude, what are you talking about? Storyline is very very important, basically speaking, and most stories do have a plot, but when the plot/storyline isn't very convincing, and is bromidic at most, that's where people start drawing the line, and that in essence is the difference between a good plot and a bad plot. The terminator series has a good plot and part III didn't have to reiterate previous doings. Even then, part three was a continuation of travails faced by our, in part iii, that is, protagonist, John Connor, who was destined to become the leader of some underground anti-machine organization. "Forrest Gump: whats the story of that movie? Some slow-witted dude becomes football player in school, goes to Vietnam, succeeds in shrimp business, ah and what not. Storyline is not Important!!! " Whoa, slow down dude. That might be what it appears like superficially, on the surface, but the movie delineates the life of a carefree man, who although mentally challenged, and although seldom escapes sad situations, transcends innumerable barriers and makes his life a success-story. This is indeed what the American Dream is about, and I am not embarrassed to let you know that I cried when I watched this movie. Aside from that, I agree that T3 was a solid movie. Arnold deserves a standing ovation and so do the makers of the movie, because the fact was James Cameron, known for his film-making acuity wasn't directing the movie.
