a) is the dalai lams's b'day a day of religious significance for the tibetans?
b) is it even constitutional to 'ban' things like this?
c) who was the idiot who decided this must be done?

If the Tibetans are accepted in Nepal then why should we ban celebration of Dalai Lama's birthday? It seems that our rulers have no sense of right or wrong, they just know to listen to foreign powers or int'l organizations.
