The death of Iranian twins who were so smart, young looking beautiful and healthy, and only problem they had was they were joined, was biggest shock to me when I hear the news in TV. They were really happy. Now, I wonder whether the decision to separate them was correct or immature decision, and whether it was over confidence or doctors just tried to test their ability. In any case they should not have done this test on young and healthy twins.

The way girls were talking just before entering the operation theature and their expection after the operation, all went to zero. Its really disappointing and I feel
very very sorry for their un-timely death. It was in-justice attempt from doctors.
I wonder whether the girls were given enough information on the extremities of the
operation. The failure of this operation will suspend all possible separations in near
future, because all the similar twins will be afraid of entering the operation room.

May their soul rest in peace.

hey GP.....the news of their death was a shock for me too..(as it was to millions of ppl out there)...i had high hopes that it will be a successful operation since ganga and jamuna's op had gone well....

but the decision to separate them...whose decision do u think it was to be separated??..

from what we read and know...a lot of doctors specializing in this field had turned down Laden and Laleh...before the doctors in Singapore decided to help them..those who declined thought(knew) the risk was just too great. We cant say the doctors who decided they could help, were immature to come to such a decision. They are specialists and technology has improved by leaps and bounds..those kinda ppl only take calculated risk...and well...
anyways whole point of me writing this is to say...dun look at the bad side of all this
we cant blame the doctors...i mean whats the use of blaming anyone..esp.. now??

look at the good side...
look at the courage Laden and Laleh showed to follow their dream(to be seperated) ...they knew what were the consequences... yet they never let those fears stop them from achieving their dreams...though their dreams didnt materialize when they were alive...(this is real life...not everything works out..:(..smthings are just meant to be...)....no consolation in saying this..but at the end..they were separated...:'(....one day it will work out for a new Laden and Laleh ....meanwhile all we can do is to pray for...Laden and Laleh and let them inspire us to achieve our dreams..:D

peace..
