Bravo, Nirmal it was indeed a daunting task to perform. However, I was just curious what are the physical requirement for obtaining a drivers licence. Does Nirmal have one, how did he obtain can someone else like him obtain it in the same manner.

LALITPUR, July 10 : On the occasion of the 57th auspicious birthday of His Majesty the King, Nirmal Kumar Shah of Khaskarkado VDC of Banke district has arrived here by driving a motorbike with one hand.
He had lost his left hand at the age of five. On reaching Kathmandu wishing peace in the country and good health and long life to His Majesty the King, he was granted audience by His Majesty on July 7.
He also met Minister for Physical Planning and Works Buddhi Man Tamang, Minister for Information and Communications Kamal Thapa and State Minister for Women, Children and Social Welfare Renu Kumari Yadav and narrated his experiences.
