No offense to anyone, but I can not help but recall a Hindi movie starring Amitabh Bachhan and Zeenat Aman (man, she was hot, as only hot can be!!).
In the movie, this very very scantily clad Zeenat is just walking down the street, self engrossed in something, totally oblivious to all the eyes lustily focused on every inch of her sizzling body. She walks down, she causes traffic accidents and people bump into each other. Then a typical group of Hindi villians show up and begin to grope and pester her.
So she takes them all straight to the nearby police station, you gussed it right, is headed by daroga Bachhan. Why have you come here, he asks her. "These men were whistling at me," she lodges the complaint. Big B now slowly inspects her from her head to toe, and with a certain smile in his lips, says:

If Karnikova is taking sunbath naked in her private house's terrace, and a paparrazi flies over in a helicopter and takes a picture, and then publishes in a tabloid magazine for thousands of dollors, surely paparrazi will be sued. And he would lose the case for sure, as he has violated her privacy rights.
If Karnikova takes off all the dress in the Grand slam tennis court with a sane mind, who would not take her picture? Which magazine will not publish it? Of course the price of such picture will be far lesser than that of the previous one.

First of all this no Fking INDIA...And its not her fault that the cameraman managed to take a picture of her underwear. But regardless its going to be the person who post the picture(computer id) thats going to get into trouble.
And to Sadhbichaar,
and you forgot to mention how the tabloid got sued for printing her picture without her consent. Just like the duchess of york sued a tabloid for taking picture of her sun bathing in nude.
This is a real nice way of showing our appreciation to people who spend their good money to come to Nepali functions. great job both of you...

he!! he!! I don't think Buddha put restrictions on what attire you can put on his B'day. Its a free country you can wear waht you want ? I did not know there was a dress code on every Nepali function. Ok the photo was an accident but your poem was definately not. Nice way of saying thanks with your poem above to whoever she was. Great Job.. she is going to have a very good impression of our Nepali society thanks to people like you.

Nepali people's reputation.....well we already have a bad one so I dont think you ought to worry about it.....I am sure there was no dress code for the Budha's birthday party but the party was not at a night club neither was it at the beach so there was no need to show un the undergole.....we all know its a free country...so we should be allowed to freely discuss the ghatiapan of that dress too....
