One thing that sucks about USA..is that the laws are completely biased and totally unfair..at least that's what I think.. 4-20 years in prison for a sexual misconduct ..are you kidding me ?? that 'victim' is just trying to rake up a few million from this billionare player... and this mf..he looks like he is desparate to get some money and fame off this 'case'  why can't some people see someone being extra-ordinarily wealthy and famous? I know there are lot that'd disagree with me..but damn..I am pissed! |

Whatever the outcome will be something did happened whether it is consensual sex or not. You can not just judge by what image previously Kobe has in the public. All the NBA media seems to be against the chage filed to Kobe by Colorado DA. Most of the NBA players are also against the charge. How can one judege that quick without knowing the outcome. What about the public prfile of the 19 years old girl who said Kobe sexually assult her by force. Acharya Ji, How can you say that the victim is just trying to rackup a few millions.... don't u think people who have good public image can also comit the crime. Kobe already comited the adultary conduct. Don't u think this is his big mistake as married man? What do u think about when your girl friend or wife go with other man and have sex? Where did u get the news about desprate to get money and fame?? Think about all the super stars who in the past commited crimes. There is no doubt that Kobe is superstar NBA player. He is also billioner.... He came out from high school without getting real experience of adultary life. So just think about when a beautiful ledy stay infront of u and she talks very nicely. Where do u think your mind will go.....???? So just don't judge that quickly and say that the victime is just trying to rack up few millions. You gotta wait and see. Cause just before colorado DA announced about filing charge to Bryant we did not know whether they have sex or not.... |

I am surprised you guys still don't understand the 'consensual-sex' part and keep repeating "what if it was your gf/wife blah blah blah.." What if your gf/wife deliberately involves in the sex with another married man?Although it is not proven yet, there are high chances that the sexual contact that took place was with the consent of that girl. This is what we are talking about here if you carefully read my post above. Now you are ready to stand with your arguments, I am not going to take the trouble to repeat my points, and since I have made my stand clear, I will not continue to post on this thread. Waiting to see what the coming days bring for both the star and the girl.. |

Acharya ji, You just don't unerstand my point. Kobe himself acknowledged after Colorado DA filed criminal charge against him and he said he made a mistake about having sex with other woman while having his beautiful wife and a little kid. We have yet to see if he raped 19 years old woman by forcefully. This may be his other big mistake that he can never get away with it. To reflect your stand If the 19 years old victime is just trying to rack up a few millions today the news will be different... Your are saying that the victime and colorado DA are trying to rackup few millions? How can u prove it?? Where is your judgement?? Where do u stand?? What do u think if your sister or wife meet big fame man and went to his room alone and they have sex and your sister or wife told you that the big feme man raped her?? will you cry for judgement or you will forgive becasue of that mans fame and richness?? |

I totally agree with you on this one. Ok Kobe is blinded with fame and money, and after the NBA finals he definitely wants some attention but wrong move. He was there for surgery, and ended up with a front desk Clark in a bed. There is something wrong here. If I was Kobe Id be home with my banging wife not with some 19 yrs old. |

....even if not convicted....i am just curious what impact will it have on his outcome this season and many more to come. Anyway getting back to the original agenda, i have this feeling that kobe didnt actually rape this girl but he might have seduced her to a point where she loosen up herself and in many such cases this is still considered as a sexual assault. Hope this is not true. Just wondering how that girl looked......damn he forget his own best looking wife! |

What i think is that it is very difficult to find out who was guilty in cases like this. And if there is a wrong judgement by the court, and the guilty one is free it would be too bad. Either of them could be guilty, there are equal chances. We have seen in the past that figures like BC (Billie moro..) have been involved in news like this. At the same time apart from monica, there were other women trying to rake up some money from Billie bro, i guess... Aba i would definitely think that the case should be reserached longer, without any judgement soon. |
