If any body knows about a job for Database (Oracle 8i,9i - 4 semester course) and XML,XSL, Java expert then let me know. I do not require sponsorship for 1 year to work in US.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Tropical,
all the "skill sets" you mentioned are really hot. Although, market may be soft. You would definitely get job without any problem.
Do you have DBA certification for 8i and/or 9i.

Yes, that's what ppl say - that the skill set is really hot!
But most jobs I see require experience using those skill set for minimum 2 years. Even then I apply to those jobs, but don't hear from them.
No I haven't taken DBA certification since nowdays they require compulsory expensive training. Since I spent a lot of money already doing masters (Eventhough I had scholarship) I don't want to spend another $10000 for the training. But I do have CCP certification.
If there are any suitable jobs or suggestions then let me know.

DBA certification did not have mandatory trraing[at least till Nov 2002]. worst case you may need to buy $2000 worth of self study in CDROM from Oracle. You will get vouchers for 5 examination required for DBA certification. Once you take the certification for 8i one more exam will get you certified for 9i as well.
if you consider this route it may be more rewarding. Just my experience.
