nation goes down to drain so we should all mourn and be depressed and shit and sit at home and cry and listen to ppl like you? is that what you're suggesting salakjith? however, how do you kids get money to party like that? i mean, it used to be so hard for me to come up with money when i was back in Nepal.. yo u folks must be rich.. these guys should lower the party price.. too expensive.. yaar...enjoy.. enjoy.. gotta enjoy when you can ;) peace out |

I support young Kanthmanduites parting and all. They should learn to mingle with people. I remember when we were their age, we had only fights. Back in those days, when two guys got together and if there was a girl in the room, they got into knife fights, etc. If not that, they will hangout in galllis and drink Phencidil etc. It was horrible time. Now these younger generations are learning to have fun together in clean manner. Its not possible to keep youngsters to keep locked up in home. They are too pumped up with hormones. They need to release some how. So going to clubs on fridays is a way to release it, let that be. Also, they need money to party which they will have to earn. Not everyone's parents can give them money. If ones parent is rich, good for him. For others, they will have to earn money. So just learning to earn money is a good enough reason for me to support. We didn't have that in our time. And if for nothing else, just to avoid what is happening in Iran and what happened in Afganisthan, we should let our younger generations to express themself. We have to let them learn things on their own. Face it: We DON"T know everything. We just don't. |

exactly, i mean the royal massacre was great tragedy, i think the greatest in the history of nepal(personally, since i was not there to see any other historical events of such a scale first handedly) . But we do have to move on no? Clubbing is just a form of entertainment, its on option, that is open. And there are a bunch of places/events where they let you in for free. So if you not a fish when it comes to alcohal, and only for the music, then there is plenty DJ nights without the cover charge. If you live in America, then Nepal is still sinking, no? If Nepalis livign in Nepal are not allowed to go out and have fun b/c our country is sinking, when why dont Nepalis living abroad do the same? If nepalis living abroad are allowed to "do whatever" then why cant those at home? why the double standard, when it comes to everything?( i read on sajha : a nepali in nepal earnin 160 grand a year who was highly criticized vs a nepali living in america making 800 grand highly praised..why didnt anyone go tell him/her that making 800,000 a year is too much considering our nation is in turmoil?) just thinking out loud :) |
