Bhunte The Great NPC Hiconomist, and Prospective Nobel Prize winner in Hiconomist..the Mashruming JOb Inventor....,

Are your balak-kal MITRA from Darchula or Bhdhapest or Bonte Fasadorse????????????

There are 3 main television standards in use throughout the world. The system used in America & Canada is called "NTSC". Western Europe, Australia and Aisa use a system called "PAL", and Eastern Europe and France use "SECAM". Without standards conversion, it is impossible to view a video program that is recorded in a foreign country without first converting the tape..

Tunte-Bhunte,

Tell your Balak-Mitra to buy "Code Free" DVD player which is capable of playing DVD discs from around the world as DVD discs are encoded into 6 different regions..

Region 1 - The U.S., U.S. territories and Canada
Region 2 - Europe, Japan, the Middle East, Egypt, South Africa, Greenland
Region 3 - Taiwan, Korea, the Philippines, Indonesia, Hong Kong
Region 4 - Mexico, South America, Central America, Australia, New Zealand, Pacific Islands, Caribbean
Region 5 - Russia (okay, former Russia), Eastern Europe, India (or Nepal), most of Africa, North Korea, Mongolia
Region 6 - China (or Nepal)

your D- Mitras will have nice time hwaching DVD ....hmmmmm
