Hie guys
I work for an Indian in his Gas station and pizzaria... He is willing to help me get green card if he can through his store.
I have heard people have done it in the past.
I would love to get any insight from any of you on this.

khoi herana tesko barema tetti thaha bhena...but I have heard that it is possible too. Maybe you should talk to a lawyer.

well i have a fren.. who applied thru gas station n got g-card... well it takes time.. talk to that boss of urs.. find a well known llawyer.. n yes its gonna cost you lot.. best of luck broda..

GUYS
this isnt easy to time for donig GC.. u might get rejected if are in student visa which is non immigratant cant convert directly to immigrant visa which GC...may try EB3( skill worker)...I think u need to try convert to H1-b then try Gc if u have degree then.. anyway good luck

H1 is just for professional job. since working in gas station is not a professional job so u should go throgh gc (skill worker). & wht postion your employer is hiring u at? i f that is management postion , it would be better if u have bachelor degree in management. also u need some experience. i don't know more than this ( thiis is wht my lawyer told me, cause i also have same situtaion.)

Yes , you can go with gas station too. you said your gas station is serving deli aslo rt. if so then you can go ahed fro there as skilled woker. example like deli preparation cook or some thing like that.
for this make sure your employer had to post add eaplaining all job dutie in local paper and in jobs find .com too. minimiun posting must me 3 times. with copies of those posting and required documents from employer you can apply . one more thing is dont take chaque before you get work permit , it makes you case costly. if you have time you can do yourself too no need to hire lawyer.
you can check online instruction , it teach you how to do all steps very well . if you cant then go to the lawyer . as , I know from my sorrounding you can do from there.

Thanks a lot for all your help guys.
Well actually being a computer science major, my boss ( who happens to be my relative too) suggested me to go through the same field. which i agreed on too.
He can hire me as a professional who will computerize their system..
But since he had that business for only about 2 years. i dont know if it will help.
I have heard the business has to be at least 3 yrs old to sponsor someone..
anyways. if you guys know a good site, where i can get all these info. let me know..
