Maoist vs Govt. Talk: guess outcome: My Guess: Govt.'s press report: The talk was successful and talk will continue. Major decision will be in next meeting. Maoist's fax to Press: Govt. reps. were without any agenda. They should come with agenda. Govt. was asked to implement the agreements of last meeting (i.e. with Chand govt.). If govt. reps. come without agenda, there can not be anymore talk. .... Guess outcome. Lets see how much the outcome is different from our guesses. GP |

What should we be paying attention to? Not what they (both parties) will be saying in the meeting but what they won't be saying. What the engaged parties are doing these days? Are they optmistic or not? Forget about their rhetorics. |
