What are the options to fly out to kathmandu besides bangkok ? It seems that Thai is all booked already. Any other suggestion / experience that is reasonable ? How about RA ? Anyone taken that yet ?

BTW, how (approximate) much does it cost for a two way flight Washington DC - Japan (osaka or tokyo or nagoya) - (thailand-bangkok: or malasia optional)- Nepal Approximate figure would be fine. GP
