U.S. Dept. of State's complete announcement and rules of the game is found at http://travel.state.gov/dv2005.html The main differnce this time around is: ONLY electronic filing will be accepted. Electronic application with digital photo! Got a laptop and digicam? You can make good money in Nepal. |

so I'm thinking there will be much less qualified applicants for the year 2005 because of the strict requirements of applicant's photo...?! also not very many people outside ktm will bother in sending electronic applications for the lottery...what do u all think?? |

3. ARE SIGNATURES AND PHOTOGRAPHS REQUIRED FOR EACH FAMILY MEMBER, OR ONLY FOR THE PRINCIPAL APPLICANT? Signatures are not required on the Electronic Diversity Visa Entry Form. Recent and individual photos of the applicant, his/her spouse and all children under 21 years of age required. Family or group photos are not accepted. Check the information on the photo requirements on page 2 of this bulletin. |

Now that the multiple applications from the same person has been eliminated. At least this electronic system gonna create employments during the application season!! |
