A robot made by Nepali students has ranked first among the South Asian countries in the second international robot competition of Asia and the Pacific region held in Bangkok recently, reports said Tuesday. Students of Pulchowk Engineering College made the robot, which plays basketball and other games. The robot defeated another robot made by Indian students by 11-2 and stood first in South Asia, reports said. The Nepali robot also defeated another robot made in the Philippines by 3-2. Wow...good to hear bout the nepal's robot beatin everybody else's ass...damn i want a robot too noww..i'd be soo cool..lol.

This is great news. Yes, there are quite a few pockets of excellence in Nepal, and the Institute of Engineering is one institution that consistently makes Nepal and Nepalis proud. Way to go!! Congrats to instructor Bikash Khadgi, his colleagues at the IOE and the hardworking students on this remarkable achievement. oohi ashu

white house ji, a century ago ta basketball bhanne game ta jhandai niskya thiyo ki thiyena, basketball khelne robot nai nikalisakya ra bhanya? may b ppl learned from watching robots play bb a century ago.

This is a great news of course and needs all the encouragement from everybody who wants Nepal do something.Inspite of any opportunity in Nepal if somebody can do such a hillarious job(rather I should say) then we must encourage him to get the best from him.Once again ,well done buddy.
