Hey! Guys & Gals,
I am looking for some suggestions here. I am currently in Nepal after 3 years. I applied for visa as F1 student to come to states for fall 2003 , but after getting visa, I changed my mind and decided that I will stay in Nepal for this semester aswell. Would it impact my visa which is already stamped on my passport if I decide to come to states next semester? Do I have to go and apply the visa again? I was issued multiple visa for a year. What kind of problems I might encounter? What will I have to do to stay out of trouble? Do I have to get a new I-20 for next semester? Do I have to re-apply again? Please suggest.
