Non Resident Nepali Conference is scheduled to be held in Kathmandu between 11-14 October, 2003. The main objective ofthe special program (conference) is to increase the sentimental and material attachment of the Nepalese towards Nepal and its people and make them active partner in the economic and social transformation of Nepal. The program is also meant to promote Nepali culture and arts the world over. Within this broad objective the program is intended to attain the following specific objectives. * Establish Network of relationships of Nepalese societies and associations spread the world over *Help prepare implementable suggestions for increasing the NRN investment in Nepal on the basis of deliberations and discussions of the problems and issues faced by NRN while indulging in economic activity in Nepal *Acquaint the NRN community with economic, industrial, investment, tourism and visit policies and thinking of His Majesty's Government *Facilitate expansion of Nepali culture and arts the world over *Facilitate Nepali exports thru the use of NRN communication Channel *Motivate the NRN be active participant in the economic transformation of Nep Considering the current situation in Nepal , what do you guys think about the event????. <> Details of the conference availabe at www.nrn.org.np |
