Each year we have numerous bus accidents in Nepal. The number of victim has always been higher when bus is over crowded or lets say when the number of people inside bus is almost 2 times the number of seats.
How can we minimize the casuality?? Strong Law ?? But how would this affect Bus owners profitability?
