Invite the UN in Nepal to stop possible human genocide by the sympathisers of the Khmer Rouge regime. Prachand, the leader of the Maoist movement, believes in annihilating half the population to install a one-party Polpotian regime he calls Republicanism (read his interview). A systematic killing has already dessimated a score of local village leaders. More privileged ones have fled the countryside. Now they are moving into the urban areas. The gullible leaders will cave in and that will be the end of it.... Wake up....A failed state in the middle of India and China, a very sensitive spot, will invite more trouble for our poor country. Stop it now.
