it starts when the weird animals in nepal`s government decide that they cannot avoid it just because it isn`t for their personal interest. it will end only with a change!! "ye, CA, CA keya he?" only an indian would write like this. of course he uses his mother tongue. and indians better keep out of nepal`s internal matter. it`s very hard for them to do it though!

Nothing wrong with the CA, only if the Maoists first surrender the arm in front of the international community (e.g., EU or UN) and the army does not meddle with the election (i.e. stays inside the barrack). Independent observors from many organizations freely move around to observe the voting. An all-party gvt (including the Maoists) is formed to make sure fairness.

Garib maila, better learn the lingua franca of the subcontinent, for with the signs comming in, it is not far when we will all have to say sare Jahan se Accha...(they had complain against this also). hence no mother tongue and father tongue. It is a prelimenary warning either your make your house straight or we will have to make it (Advaniji ki courtesy). Do you think when CA will materialize, will India be far to exert its influence to make clause that will better suit its interest.
