Hey Guys,
Just wanted everyone to know that peaceland travels has really really bad customer service. I have been trying for a week just to get a quote from them for two returns tickets to kathmandu and haven't even got one. Everytime i call they put me on hold for 20-25 min, then they say they will call me back and they never do. be careful giving business to them

nepal_home, I don't know why they did that to you. They might have had bad experience with you before. Whenever i request for a service, PeaceLand Travels have been punctual and they have great service.

Nepal_Home, I have had excellent customer service experience from Peaceland travels. I have bought tickets from them couple of times and every time they were very good at responding to your request. Your experience does sound unique.

Guys guys, in no way i am trying to defame this company. i just posted an honest experience. I saw their banner on sajha.com, found the number from there and called them for a quote. i have never bought from them before, but they sure did play hookie with me for about a week, i mean telling me that they're gonna call me right back and not doing so for days until "I" call again asking about my quote is weird.
