Do you think the King and the agitating five political parties will arrive at a national consensus to resolve the current political imbroglio?

The following commnets were published in Kantipuronlie but it was removed. I have posted it again. Let's see what they do.

Any thoughts?

No. The political scenario in Nepal has changed. Nepal lost its sovereignty thirteen years ago in the hands of south block? BBC once upon a time advised Nepalese to accept the Indian umbrella. This was based on the real political situation of Nepal but the people not the parties opposed it. India wants to make Nepal like Bhutan.

All these ups and downs in Nepalese politics including embargo & blockade with big brotherly attitude and hegemonic utterances by Indian ambassadors time to time is a clear indication of their grand designs. Recently Indian ambassador has advocated that he can make a compromise with agitating parties and the king. It clearly indicates how deeply they are directly involve in Nepalese politics. Taking all these in consideration we should not forget what the late Mangala Devi Singh has said. Ganesh Man Singh has received a offer to become the first President of Nepal, in New Delhi before the so called revolution in 1989. In this context if we think that the proved henchmen like GP Koirala and Makune by their historic actions of thirteen years, will be able to resolve the present crisis is a mockery.

I can see how India is interested in Nepal. I dont recall the time and date but I do recall reading one of the speeches Indira Gandhi gave in which she proclaimed that India will win Nepal not by force but by ballots.
