Great Personality. Funny, polite, outgoing. And super confident.

Social, loves meeting new people, loves attendign and havign parties, picnics , even lives to hit the night life scene.(clubbing, bar hopping etc).

A nepali guy who has attended Ivy league or other top US or British school. (Harvard, Princeton, MIT, Stanford, LSE, Oxford, Cambridge etc).

Possibly went to BKNS , Xaviers or Lincoln before heading out to these schools.

Visits the nepali elite and intellectual circles.

Can make a good money if abroad, and can make a great name if lives in Nepal.

Sofisticated, who has class, and knows about good wine, international cuisine, movies, books and all.

Treats women with respect, and has that old school charm like opening the door for her, and picking her up etc.
good looks and body dont hurt. Has to be well groomed. Big penis.
What else?

For your sake, at least.

>>>Possibly went to BKNS , Xaviers or Lincoln before heading out to these schools.

---> Although the main issue of this thread is not related to his being, this inquisitive mind wonders what BKNS stands for, and recalls Budhanilkantha School being abbreviated to BNKS, not BKNS.
Error Posted on 06-Oct-03 02:52 PM

MohanGopal Ji I agree with you.
Who wants to be with a nerd anyway.
SimpleGal Posted on 06-Oct-03 04:29 PM

Interesting.....I wonder if bhandafor is a girl or a guy though :P
SimpleGal Posted on 06-Oct-03 05:09 PM

For some reason, I don't see a point to this thread. Bhandafor, are you collecting data for some sociological work? Or are you trying to fish for a fellow to tie the knots with? In either case, I wish you luck for finding your "utopian" man!! :P

Intruder Posted on 06-Oct-03 06:12 PM

Bhandafor cannot be a woman...its just NOT a feminine name. Women just can't think of a name like Bhandafor. I doubt if any will know what that means..

Bhandafor is definetely a guy, with his motive and sexual orientation in question.
Qallu Posted on 06-Oct-03 06:38 PM

Intruder.... you sound like you have not met many women. And why wouldn't a woman know what "bhandafor" means? That has to be the wierdest assertion I haver heard in a while...
Rosie Posted on 06-Oct-03 09:14 PM

I agree with Qallu; what Nepali girl wouldn't know the meaning of the word, "bhandafor." However, it does strike me as being a rather unusual name for a girl. I mean the sound of the word is so harsh and raucous; I would think (and pardon the stereotype) that a girl would go with more feminine or softer sounding names like "simplegal" or "Rosie."
KaleKrishna Posted on 06-Oct-03 11:54 PM

La, Bhandafor

Tch Tch Tch...again another man underestimating women.
lonely Posted on 07-Oct-03 09:13 AM

i don't see any harm in that name, though it looks more like a male name.
When sajha can have all stupid names why not "bhandafor"?

BTW, is this person looking for someone for herself(?) or for someone else? Marriage bureau start garna la ta hoina ni?

always lonely,
mickthesick Posted on 07-Oct-03 09:26 AM

..I am very sorry to disturb you guys but looks like the person who started this thread has been looking for me.

Funny, polite, outgoing- yes i am all these.

superconfident- no i am not but do you really think that is good

Social, loves meeting new people- yes i am

loves attendign and havign parties- yes but just to see what the hell's going around there

picnics - yes ...to make new friends and strengthen the friendship

even lives to hit the night life scene.(clubbing, bar hopping etc)-yes....i strip in a club

A nepali guy who has attended Ivy league or other top US or British school. (Harvard, Princeton, MIT, Stanford, LSE, Oxford, Cambridge etc). - yes i went to MIT and am working for the NASA now.

Possibly went to BKNS , Xaviers or Lincoln before heading out to these schools-- sorry i was educated in the united states.

Visits the nepali elite and intellectual circles---my roommates and my friends at NASA are pretty intellectual.

Can make a good money if abroad, and can make a great name if lives in Nepal-- yes i am making a great money here but i don't know if i can make a great name if i live in Nepal....who gives a f@#$ to a NASA scientist in nepal.

Sofisticated, who has class, and knows about good wine, international cuisine, movies, books and all------yes to everything but "wine"...sorry i dont drink.

Treats women with respect, and has that old school charm like opening the door for her, and picking her up etc. -----yes but remember i open the door doesn't mean i am a door-man.

good looks and body dont hurt. Has to be well groomed. Big penis-----yes to good look...you say you don't care about the body so that's fine.....penis..you've got to see to belive it..

okay.....i hope everything was fine as far as i think......

BUT ......here's a big BUT.....

do you think you really deserve this kind of a person......what do you have in you to bargain so much for??.....miss or master.....let me tell you this

"you're no good for the people who fit your description.....they don't want you.....they will get many samples better than you."

keep searching.....and you'll die a virgin.

miss420 Posted on 07-Oct-03 09:49 AM

heheheheheheh!that was a good one! mickthesick rocks!!!!!!!!!!!I Love u ! mwaaaaaa!
marry me!
SITARA Posted on 07-Oct-03 09:56 AM

Hmmmmmm.....

Am I reading correctly that any other guy having attended any other school/s(from those mentioned above), having attended any other college/s(from those mentioned), has a quiet yet friendly disposition, may not want to hit the night scene, may not have the polished charm but has a good heart....is not eligible????

Now,

-Is the criteria set up to validate the concept of "a few good men"?

-Is it set to sell a certain image, person/s or schools?

-Is it an unspoken message; those without such blessed "attributes" don't count for eligibility.

-Mr. Bhandaphor, himself (if a male), brandishes such "attributes".

-Miss Bhandaphor (if a female), is "nonchalantly" surveying the playing fields for any such "eligle" bachelors. Does the lady keep a eligibility profile....I wonder.

As for having a name such as "Bhandaphor" is not a big deal...can be unisexual/asexual... BUT, I wonder if it is an off-shoot of "spy", "undercover agent", "jasoos", "Sherlock Holmes", ......"J.E. Hoover"!!!!

;)

mickthesick Posted on 07-Oct-03 10:06 AM

miss420.....

i love you too !

i will definitely marry you.

And thanks for the "mwaa"
mickthesick Posted on 07-Oct-03 10:07 AM

..forgot to ask this.

how's the life in california going anyways for you miss420??.....sorry i don't know your name.
lonely Posted on 08-Oct-03 01:13 PM

this is turning funny...

mickthesick ...you have a valid point....

maybe the girl who wants all this must have the following critria at a minimum:

Funny, polite, outgoing...ok..this iis .

confidence level- meduim..super confident women /girls tend to change parnters faster...(I heard)

Social, loves meeting new people- but not too close with every guy around

rarely goes to attending and having parties- if you aprty too much then what good are you??

picnics - yes sounds good

not too much of night life crazy...(clubbing, bar hopping etc)-

A nepali girl who has also attended Ivy league or other top US or British school.

Possibly went to BNKS , Mary's before heading out to these schools

Visits the nepali elite and intellectual circles..this is ok..not too many visits to start some chemistry

Make a good wife, loyal, beautiful and understanding....

Doesnot take too much time for makeup so that can attend parties and functions on time

Respects her husband like a typical Nepali wife....can you do that?

good looks and body dont hurt. Has to be well groomed.

Preferably a single without a boy friend in the past....

What else do the guys look for?

You can add your list here ...

always lonely,

..guys are trying to exploit this thread......i don't want to be a part of this matrimonial service thread.....so i am outta here and not coming back again.....

hasta la vista baby.....
Rosie Posted on 08-Oct-03 06:13 PM

The most eligible bachelor in my opinion is:
Definitely smart and good looking. However, I don't think I need a Harvard or an MIT stamp on the guy to prove his smartness. I have see many ppl who attended these prestigious universities and yet, lack creativity and out of box thinking. Also, good looks are not just about tight pectorals and a big penis, its about personality, finesse, and the regard for others.
czar Posted on 08-Oct-03 07:34 PM

Rosie ? Rivetting !
Rosie Posted on 08-Oct-03 07:51 PM

Czar,
Is that a question or a statement? If the former, hopefully...if the latter, thank you :)
Arnico Posted on 08-Oct-03 11:07 PM

Replying to the original posting before reading the replies posted so far, I think:

The most eligible bachelor would be the single guy who has
* the kindest heart
* the most common sense
* the highest respect for women
* the most patience
and who is
* the best listener
* the best companion
and who
* does not have an alcohol or a serious tobacco addiction

Wouldn't those qualities lead to greater happiness than ivy degrees, or skills for telling different wines apart?
paad ka Posted on 09-Oct-03 12:02 AM

You all are gay.....Get a life....Or better yet to those ladies, stop wasting on the computer and look for a man....Prolly cant get one, so you spend your days typing horseshitt on this site....Nerds.
czar Posted on 09-Oct-03 10:23 AM

And when I last checked, it was a nerd that was the world's richest man.

It was the combined efforts of nerds that constituted 40% of US's total economic growth in the past decade.

An the gals here can, even on a bad hair day, give any bevy of beauties a run for their money. Oh yea, I've met quite a few of em, and they're ones to leave a man week kneed and set their hearts and minds ablaze.

czar Posted on 09-Oct-03 12:20 PM

An Miss Rosie,
Welcome aboard. Might I compliment you on your sensibilities ? Phew, if it weren't for the likes of you, quite a few lads would have to give up hope.

After all, a person, such as myself, who is an avid yet hardly outstanding student in the university of life has no recourse but to present a Certificates of Ineligibility in the courtship sweepstakes. Not that I'm here on a fishing expedition to land myself a woman. [And before some bright spark says it, my tastes are strictly limited to women, thank you.]

Mind you, I'd say fair to middling that this site has more than its share of talented, intelligent, articulate, thoughtful and capable young men. I've had the pleasure of meeting a handful of sajhapur nivasis, and I'd say any lass has got herself a more than favourable catch with any of those lads. Of course, its not that they are not here merely to further their matrimonial/dating/relationship prospects. Far from it.

Though it sticks in my craw to sometimes witness them being baited. And to have some of the male visitors behave shamefully with the female members too. Neither goes down well with me. But that is an infrequent occurence. Thankfully.

I've been doing more than my fair share of blathering here in these past 24 hours and I dare say its well past my time to maintain radio silence.

Over and out.

Czar.

p.s. Ms. Rosie, I'd admire it if you'd check out the works of an American painter named Norman Rockwell. My earlier remarks to you were a double entendre in that they were also a take on a memorable painting of his. All with due respect of course.
czar Posted on 09-Oct-03 12:24 PM

Correction.

"Of course, its not that they are not here merely to further their matrimonial/dating/relationship prospects" should read as

Of course, its not that they are here merely to further their matrimonial/ dating/ relationship prospects."

The accidental insertion of that additional 'not' implies something that is untrue. Double negatives ley maarcha ni hau.
SimpleGal Posted on 09-Oct-03 03:18 PM

Czar,
You are indeed the knight in shining armor to rescue da sajhapur women so elegantly! :)
Thank you hajur, for your eloquent words!

btw, Happy Dashain to you too!

south Posted on 09-Oct-03 04:20 PM

population of male and female are almost 50/50. everybody end up with marrying someone. well most eligible guy might get most eligible girl and vice versa and just eligible guy might get similar girl and so on. even if we think about most eligible guy/ girl we might end up with many but we dont want to marry more than one, do we? so let people find one for him/her. a guy/girl from very far remote in nepal who is not so educated and has no white color job also get one partner and a guy/ girl who is educated in big name schools like st xaviers/ st marys and later came to MIT, or harvard or stanford also end up with marrying one suitable partner. the bottom line is we should be happy with our marriage. more money, educatation does nt guaranteed happiness. it is very difficult to measure how much a human being want. may be one living in remote part of nepal dream about 2 meals a day but a MIT gruaduate dream different way. mit graduate knows about the whole world and he/she wants to achieve most from his/her education but the guy from remote place will never dream about what MIT grad think. they have totally different thinking. i am not making sense here with the thread but i am relating with the happiness as marriage finally relates to happiness. i will write more later. got to go. class chha.
Rosie Posted on 09-Oct-03 06:01 PM

Thanks Czar for your kind words. I don't know much about art and paintings myself, but I am always ready to learn about it. So, thanks for the reference to Norman Rockwell.

..i think one thing that mr. "paad ka" got mistaken is with the word "nerd". You might not be aware that when you are cursing czar with the word "nerd" you are actually praising him.

Nerd is not a bad word and I want you to go look for its meaning in the dictionary before using it in your postings.

I know your reply to my writings will come in as another so-called assault towads me with the very word "nerd".

but there's only thing i would say to the assault- "thank you".

Nerd is a complimentary term, I am well-aware of that.....that is why I called czar a nerd, cause it was to show him that I had the utmost respect for him as a fellow sajha poster....Now I must shower you with tearms of endearment as well.....Mick you are a gay douchebag......If you look in the dictionary for the meaning of "gay douchebag" you will see that it is quite a compliment.....Futhermore, you are a butt pirate....This term has a positive denotation, as well..

that's why i had given a "thank-you" in advance.
