Nepal's entry into WTO needs to be approved of by the parliament before the entry becomes legal and formal.
At present, Nepal does NOT have a parliament. If the Nepali Parliament fails to ratify Nepal's entry into WTO by a certain time, then, Nepal has to re-start the application process when the parliament convenes.
