To understand why the subject of charismatic leadership has grown is in interest for organisational theorists, we must look at the world around us (not the Christian, Islamic and Jewish world of Abhramic Religions). A larger backdrop of global competition. The rise of asian economic powers, such as japan and Little Dragons, as well as European players like Germany, shattered the market dominance of North American companies. This had a dramatic inpact not only on industry but also, in turn, on research within business schools. In terms of world commerce, it forced many large corporations to reinvent themselves radically after enjoying several decades of what in hindsight appears to have been reletive stability. As companies attempted to adapt, they discovered that the process of reinvention was extremely difficult. For example, rarely did company insiders possess the courage and change management skills needed to orchestrate large-scale transformations. The leadership talent necessary for such undertakings essentially was in short supply.
A second dilemma facing these organisations was employee commitment....ooops I have been suspended.............................................

There is big war launched by this lunatic Rana. In fact, he has taken all three universities to court. I have been issued with several subpoenas too.
His war with Flinders University, its' Vice- Chancellor Professor Anne Edwards and Director of Administration is very unique. They have refused him entry to teach and do higher degree research...it is based on non-academic grounds. This is the first time such a decision was made.
Thus, he has used United Nations Universal Declarations that protects MAHAPAGALs or the bizarre international instrument called Rights of the Menatlly Disabled. For this Mr. Rana claims that Father Moran sexually molested him and is suffering from chronic post traumatic stress disorder. In yet another bizarre claim he has taken Australain Army to court with similar sexual assault by a gang of Australain Army Vietnam Veterans. Bizarre as it may sound he has been awarded over a million Aussie dollars....We Nepalese are very ashamed of this homosexual fantush to claim money here and there with bizarre stories.
He lost the case in the Federal Magistrates court. However, he has appealed this decison and has counter launched for a constitutional challenge to invalidate the South Australian Ombudsman Act. It is believed that he will win as there is a homosexual judge in the High Court of Australia by the name of Michael Kirby (poofter and pro human rights activist).
Rana has launched action arising accusations by S M Sainju and Ashutosh Tiwari that he is me Deepak Bahadur Dalke Topi Pyuthane Bista. Some other times they both accused me being Mr. Rana.
The Dean is Mr. Browett from South Africa and he tried to discipline me for no reason in terms of allegations of me abusing IT privilege or Rana doing the same at the three universities. Police, CIA, FBI, and other agencies have been involved and so far no one knows what these USA connected dudes are about.
It seems Mr. Rana has issued summons against SM Sainju in USA. However, in the advice of Flinders University lawyers, the Sainju has gone hiding in the Gyampoo as he is highly frightened. Mr. Rana tried to explain to him about his son, who alleged ly suffred Downs Syndroem also known as Mongoloid Syndrome in Australia. For this layman's term SM Sainju went mad and has been supported by DC area clique.
So far, the Dean is also to appear before the court for clear braeches of Rana's privacy.
It seems that these court cases may lastfew years and in the end Rana may win all the cases.
One man will benefit as he is well a pagal. In the end, all the glorious Nepalese names will suffer. What a shame that the real egotistical mahapagals are SM Sainju and Ashutosh Tiwari.
