Hey guys, I had a dream this night that i became a millionnaire. I do not think that i is possible unless i win LOtto or Powerball Jackpot.Just kidding.One of my friend asked me a question regarding Lottery.
are foreigners elligible to participate in that kind of Lottery programs?
If you have any idea...........................

Foreigners cannot participate in the lottery program for it violates the 14th amendment of the United States Constitution, as well as undermining the terms of the Geneva Convention....If you are not a United States citizen it is considered a felony to purchase a Powerball ticket or any other jackpot game...Recently, a man in Britain won the London lottery but was thrown in jail for the simple fact that he was not a US citizen and was therefore regarded as a foreigner..Through time, the lottery has become engrained into the social fabric of America.....Many great American heroes were Powerball patriots....I believe George Washington, the 8th prime minister of America put it best when he said, "I cannot tell a lie. I purchased a lottery ticket."

Gasman, that was about the wickedest piece of writing I've seen in a while. My cheeks are aching for laughing. Dayum!
You have a talent for both the ridiculous and the sublime and keen eye for that quickly discerns the wheat from the chaff. That is when you aren't baiting someone or the next, such as your present sparring partner thugged out.
Consider writing a commentary, shorn of the excesses of exhuberance, and I believe it will be well received. If all else fails, you can alway use the shenanigans of sajha as your subject. Give it a thought.

An thugged out, for all your bluster, you are an excellent writer, when you choose to be. Consider putting your considerable intellect to something constructive here.
I know, your contributions keep this place from becoming ..the dreaded B word.. BORING..given the oft intense debates that sometimes rage here. Regardless of your turning shall be say, genteel, give your proclivities, I am sure you cant resist being yourself on occasion and will surely keep things , shall we say, lively.
Nevertheless, I believe you have the abilities to make a positive contribution here, should you choose to.
